When you request dates, join our Facebook group, email us, or pay an invoice, we collect what you give us: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, travel dates, guest count, and any notes you add. Payments are processed by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments); we never see or store your full card number.

To answer your request, send quotes and invoices, book the reservation in your name with Wyndham, send check-in instructions, and follow up about your stay. We keep a record of requests and bookings so we can answer questions later and honor our cancellation policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone except as needed to complete your booking (Wyndham, the resort, and our payment processor). We do not send marketing email unless you have booked with us or asked to hear about deals.

Answers to our group membership questions (including the email and phone you provide) are visible to group admins only and are used to respond to your rental inquiries. Facebook's own data practices are governed by Meta's privacy policy.

This site uses no advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used only in aggregate to see which pages are visited.
