We already hold Club Wyndham reservations at Glacier Canyon. You tell us your dates, we match you to a suite, and the reservation goes into your name.
Tell us your dates
Use the request form or email info@rentatwyndham.com with your dates, how many adults and kids, and the suite size you want. We answer personally, usually within the hour.
Review your invoice
We send a QuickBooks invoice that lists the dates, the suite, the total price, payment terms, and the cancellation policy. Nothing is due until you have read it.
Pay and it's yours
Payment secures the reservation. It goes into your name and Wyndham emails you the official guest confirmation. Check in at the front desk with your photo ID like any hotel.

We are Wyndham owners and we manage points for other owners. When we book a suite for a weekend and rent it to you, you get the exact room the resort would sell, at a total price that is usually well under the rack rate. You deal with a person, not a call center.
Questions we get every week
Can you hold dates for me?
No. Every reservation is first come, first served, and payment is what secures it. If you want a weekend, the invoice is the fastest way to lock it.
Is there a deposit or resort fee?
We do not charge one. Like any hotel, the resort holds a refundable security deposit ($150 to $250) on your card at check-in and releases it after checkout.
Are waterpark passes included?
Yes. Every registered guest on the reservation gets a Wilderness waterpark wristband for the length of the stay.
