 All requests cannot be guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate all guests

 Guest names will be book into the reservation 55 days prior to arrival depending on when your order has  been received

 Multiple reservations must be booked in different guest names

 Cancellation Policy - $125 of reservation fee is non-refundable.  If cancellation is made prior to 15 days  before check in, a full refund, minus the reservation fee, will be refunded to the renter.

 Reservations that need to be modified (ie: Guest name changed) will be charged a $150 fee.

 If the guest cancels less than 15 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.

 If guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
